Description
- Function: Receives belt drive from the primary clutch and transfers torque to the rear shaft through the jack shaft with automatic ratio change.
- Construction: Aluminum pulleys reinforced with tempered spring and unidirectional bearings withstand the wear of frequent mountains on low-speed trails and hill climbs.
- Installation: Slides on the jack shaft behind the driven face, secured with original nut and torque according to specifications during CVT service or belt change.
- Verified: Each clutch is checked for spring tension and roller coupling before packing to ensure a smooth up/down shift feel.
